Harper is from Minnetonka, Minnesota, she is currently the Head Coach of the middle school girls hockey team for the Noble and Greenough School. She started her coaching career as a student coach for the Minnetonka Youth Hockey Association in Minnesota.

She was a member of the Montclair State University Women’s Ice Hockey Team from 2015-2018. While on the MSU team she assisted in winning the DVCHC and her team making it to the national championships for the first time in program history.
In 2019 Harper started to work with the New York Rangers youth programs. Here she was a head coach for the newly formed all girls league. As well as a coach for the Learn to Play and Rookie League programs.

In 2023 she took over as the head coach for the Park School. In 2024 she joined the Nobles team as the Co-Head Coach of the Middle School team. She is also working with the Cambridge Youth Hockey Association U10 and Squirt 3 teams. In her time off the ice, she works with 3d New England and enjoys reading, baking, and exploring Boston.

• In her third year as Girl’s Manager with 3d New England, primarily focused on the high school side and supporting our Recruiting Director.
• In her second year as an Assistant Coach at Colby College where she coached in the Final Four during the team’s 2025 campaign
• Assistant Coach for MIT for 2023 & 2024 seasons, playing for a conference championship both seasons.
• Played lacrosse at Wheaton College Graduated in 2020 with B.A. in Psychology and Public Health and was a 2x captain
• Graduated from Boston University in 2021 with a Masters in Public Health
• She has coached with 3d National (first the 2026s, and now the 2031s for 2 years) since starting with 3d.
• Originally from Kennebunk, ME where I won the program’s first State Championship in 2016
• Currently living in Waterville, ME with her 8 month old puppy, Blueberry

Coach Wagner brings 2 decades of coaching experience, amassing over 160 career wins, 11 district titles, and 4 finals appearances with Cardinal Mooney and Manatee High over 12 seasons.  A proven mentor, Coach Wagner has coached hundreds of athletes who have gone on to play high level college lacrosse.  Coach Wagner has also been named all Region coach of the year 5 times, as well as US Lacrosse Coach of the Year.
